Your mission🎯

You will be developing Innovamat's business, contributing both strategically and operationally with the objective of maximizing and scaling our revenue. By closely collaborating with the Country Manager, you will gain valuable insights into leadership and decision-making processes to contribute to shaping the future of the company. You will be making a significant impact on education, and transforming the learning experience for countless students.

Your day to day at Innovamat 🏁

• Gather qualitative and quantitative information, perform data-intensive analyses and in depth sales process with clients in order to pivot the strategy.

• B2C co-responsibility development, one of the most promising business unit for the next years.

• Work closely with the Country manager to perform operational execution tasks.

• Study the market and competition intensely, and identify new strategies to help our product to scale in the country.

• Develop and implement strategies to grow the business, leveraging data and insights to drive revenue and market share.

What are we looking for? 🔍

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Economics or similar.

• Fluent Italian and English, both, spoken and written.

• Passionate about our proposal, quick learner and an eager beaver willing to be in a challenging environment.

• If you’re extremely ambitious in everything you do—and your initiative, effort, and tenacity match the intensity of your ambition. You feel deeply responsible for your work. You hold yourself to a high—and rising—bar

• Multitasking ability. Capacity to engage internal and external stakeholders through great communication skills.

• You will be successful in this role if you are naturally curious and have the ability to collaborate cross-functionally, navigate through ambiguity and are data-driven, organized and detail-oriented.
