Your mission 👨💻
You will be part of our Revenue team and play a key role leading our Colombia team, reporting directly to our Head of Latam and being ultimately responsible for the Colombia team.

Day-to-day life at Innovamat 🏁
You will lead the Business Development and Account Management disciplines and report directly to the Regional Manager. You will be the responsible and reference person in everything that concerns these two teams in Colombia.
You will participate in the hiring process. You will be in constant contact with the Revenue and People Business Partner throughout the hiring process.
Furthermore, you will coordinate with our Revenue Ops team to extract and analyze the metrics from our CRM in relation to the campaign.
You will review weekly goals. Both in volume and quality of meetings generated. You will present them to the steering committee.
You will create new levers of change in the face of possible stagnation or market needs in order to continue growing.
You will ensure that the Innovamat culture is replicated in the team. You will ensure that team members understand and respect the company's values.
Knowing and promoting team members. You will be responsible for the career path of the AE and AM: one on one's, performance reviews, promotions, demotions and layoffs.
You will coordinate with the Team Leads to create and refine the commercial pitch. You will be the last person responsible for the message that Innovamat transmits to schools in the process of being sold.
Who are you 💻
+2 years experience as Head of Sales in a Startup or in a fast-growing environment.
Fluent both Spanish and English
You have experience in sales processes, adapting your necessities and limitations to the market.
Good network and experience selling deals in the education business and comfortable working on a regular basis with C_level individuals for big organizations.
Ability to detect possible market stagnation to create new actions on the key levers of the sales process.
That you be a dynamic and proactive person in solving problems with the ability to learn and adapt.
Ability to define and analyze metrics that inform the success of processes.
Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to multitask and handle urgent interruptions with poise and professionalism.
That you play as a team and that you have leadership skills. That you are able to make your team consistently provide great solutions to great challenges.
That you have graduated or graduated in the scientific-technological field (Mathematics, Engineering, Business Sciences, International Business, etc.).
Experience managing Salesforce.
Availability to travel.
Nice to have 🎯
Have lived or worked in the region for many years is a plus
Knowledge of the Latin-American educational system is a plus
